QoS Data Collection

End-User agents

Customer End Terminal QoS Data Compilation

Witbe End User Agents (EUA) are embedded software modules installed on user terminals: PCs, Set Top Boxes and modems.

They methodically gather key indicators during system processing and track information flows during user interactions.

Methods That Adapt to Your Environment

Data collected from terminals can be sent to the central Witbe Unified Quality Center either:
  • Automatically
  • By External Polling

Effective Management of User Diagnostics

When incidents occur, QoS data polling becomes more frequent:

  • In response to customer support, when EUAs are requested to increase data collection frequency
  • Automatically, thanks to the Witbe Intelligent Polling system which adapts collection frequency to key events affecting QoE
You get faster diagnostics to pinpoint causes of incidents and deteriorations quickly and lessen their impact on your customers.

HIGHLIGHTS
  • Low RAM usage and low in CPU
  • Support for most interface profiles.
  • Simple troubleshooting management.
  • Perfect integration within the global Witbe system correlating QoE and QoS.
  • Useable in both testing and production environments.
  • Administration and reporting through the Witbe Unified Quality Center central system.
