The audiovisual world is being replaced by a world of individual experience with a "symmetry of exchanges" at the core of each interaction: a world of transactions. The major challenge of the 21st century: how do we establish and maintain transaction potential everywhere and all the time? This is the challenge which Witbe has been pursuing for over ten years now.

We realized that information systems and infrastructures would gradually become more and more fundamental to our world. We believe that quality is a vital element in creating trust, the foundation of every transaction.

A Unique Approach to Quality Control . . .

Our experience as telecom operators gave us the uncomfortable feeling of being caught "between a rock and a hard place." The rock: growing numbers of technology customers with ever-increasing service and quality expectations. The hard place: available technical solutions for service quality control unable to meet our needs and constraints.

Ten years ago, we therefore decided to create something which we had given up hope finding: a dedicated business specialist, focused on the end result, not the process.

We developed a foundation of three key bases for creating sustainable value, which we felt were weak in the current market offering:

In order to find significance in a mass of quality control data, you sometimes have to re-think the problem.

We aim above all to "get the data to speak for itself" when taking concrete action in accordance with business strategy. Following this same systematic approach, we perfected new correlation methods, to converge with our supervision system and polling.

From the very beginning at Witbe, we initiated 24-hour a day service with physical presence of Witbe employees safeguarding the integrity of our own infrastructures while assisting clients.

This human presence and follow up for our clients is essential. It is the guarantee that our technology will be used effectively and that the competitive advantage we bring our clients is optimal.
