Parameters for the program automatically evolve thanks to our "Intelligent Polling" system, according to key events or incidents that influence Quality of Experience (QoE).Intelligent Polling is dynamically managed at the central system level by Witbe Unified Quality Center which issues polling orders. This gives you faster diagnostics to pinpoint causes of incidents or deteriorations and minimize the impact on your customers.
