QoE monitoring

Video QoE Robots

A Systematic Approach to Video Quality of Experience

Video QoE Robots are used both for Testing and Monitoring on live and on-demand services.
Those reference users are connected and behaving like real users. They evaluate the service actually delivered according to what they see and hear, post-customer device.
They monitor your live and on demand services by interacting just like real users:
  • Post-STB: IPTV, HDTV, VoD, EPG, TV widgets
  • Post-Home Gateway: OTT, PCTV, PC VoD
  • Post-Smartphone and Tablets: Apps with video broadcasting.
They evaluate availability, responsiveness and audio/video quality as displayed on the screen.

A Uniform QoE Baseline for Your Video Services

  • Usability at every stage of the development lifecycle
  • Easy to understand and use for your technical team, support and operations managers

Help with Comprehensive Tracking and Analysis

While executing each scenario, the robot measures QoE KPIs and KQIs about the overall path, for each stage of the scenario and wth details up to the half-second for audio-video analysis
