Holder of a PhD in Computer Networks, majored in multicast and security, Yoann Hinard has acquired more than ten years of experience in IP video delivery networks. Before arriving at Witbe, among other things, Yoann worked as a project manager for Bouygues Telecom, where he contributed to developing the first catch-up TV portal in France. He now holds the position of Telecom Business Unit Manager for Europe & APAC.

Jean-Pierre Le Couedic

R&D Director

Jean-Pierre le Couedic has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and management. He started his carreer in 1982 at France Telecom and then contributed to launching several thriving companies such as Oleane, Monext and Witbe. After a 10-year break dedicated to achieving personal projects and the foundation of Vinaya – a consulting firm aiming at helping small businesses in their key account management strategy - Jean-Pierre is back at Witbe, as R&D Director

Gilles Richard

Vice President Business Development

Gilles Richard is based in New York and heads Witbe business development in the Americas. Gilles previously served as Witbe Telecom Sales Manager for Europe. In this role, he rapidly expanded Witbe’s footprint with Tier 1 service providers in Europe. Prior to joining Witbe, he served as Services Sales Manager at Wind River and also held various sales, technology planning and services leadership positions at LG Mobilecomm and Enea, in France, Sweden and the United States.

Paul Rolland

Chief Technical Officer

Paul has nearly 20 years of experience in IP, networks and Quality Control as well as... Quality of Experience. He has directed technology development at Witbe since the very beginning. Before co-founding Witbe in 2000, he worked with major telecom companies such as France Telecom where he was Director of Education R&D or Oleane where he was Technical Director. Paul is an active participant in many Internet organizations and international workgroups related to quality of services.

Marie-Véronique Lacaze

Co-Founder - President & Chief Executive Officer

Marie-Véronique Lacaze has over 25 years of experience in Information Systems, Business Networks and Internet Services. Prior to co-founding Witbe, Marie-Véronique managed sales and business operations for numerous companies. She contributed to the dramatic growth of one of France top PC manufacturers in the late 80s. She then joined Oleane as General Manager to make it the first French Internet Services Provider dedicated to businesses. She now manages Witbe’s worldwide activities.

Yannick Briant

IT Business Unit Manager – Europe

One of the earliest Witbe collaborators, Yannick has steered the technical sides of Witbe, achieving successful IT projects with worldwide clients for 12 years. Broadening his skill set, he joined the IT Services Sales Department in 2012, and quickly became Manager of the Business Unit for Entreprises and IT Companies in Europe. Yannick holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Jean-Michel Planche

Co-Founder - Senior Vice President Innovations & Technologies

Jean-Michel Planche has been at the heart of Internet and digital technology innovations for the last 25 years. In the early 90s, he founded Oleane the first Internet Operator in France. In 7 years, Oleane became the second largest ISP in France and was acquired by France Telecom. Jean-Michel Planche became France Telecom Senior VP of Business Internet services. He then founded Trancred Venture to invest in digital breakthrough projects and left France Telecom in 2000 to create Witbe.

Mathieu Planche

Chief Experience Officer

Since his first position at Witbe in 2011, Mathieu has worked in several teams and developed a global view of Witbe Technologies. Previously to his current Chief Experience Officer role, Mathieu served as Americas Operations Manager, overseeing Witbe projects delivery for the LATAM & North Americas areas. He currently oversees product design and marketing, in order to improve Witbe's User Experience. He holds a MSc in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and Supélec.

Alain Thivillon

Operations Director

In 2012 and after a long carreer at Herve Schauer Consultants, as Security Expert, Alain Thivillon joined Witbe Professional Services team in Paris. He quickly became Witbe Operations Director, in 2013.

Paul Ribéreau

Chief Financial Officer

Paul is Chief Financial Officer of Witbe since 2015, managing the Group's financial operations and projects. He started in 2014 as Financial Manager for the Americas in the New York office. Before joining Witbe, Paul had experiences in asset management and M&A. Paul holds a MSc of Management Science & Engineering from Columbia University, and graduated from Centrale Paris.

Guillaume Galindo

Americas Sales Director

As Americas Sales Director, Guillaume Galindo has led the exponential growth of the North American Witbe branches. His deep experience in the Telecom industry goes back 13 years, at Sagem, then at Huawei. Developing a unique Sales and Project Management know-how, Guillaume decided to join Witbe France in 2010. He quickly rose to APAC Regional Director, in Singapore branch, where he successfully expanded Witbe's major clients portfolio. In 2013, he moved to New York and joined Witbe Inc.

Nicolas Lemoine

Professional Services Director – Americas

Nicolas is the Professional Services Director of Americas since 2013. He started to implement the Witbe Technologies at major European accounts in 2010. He developed his deep knowledge of QoS monitoring systems with worldwide telecom operators in his past experience at Astellia. Nicolas graduated from l’Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique — Supinfo - in Paris, and holds a M.S.c in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University.

Grégory de Pauw

Chief Legal Officer

Gregory de Pauw is Chief Legal Officer of Witbe since 2005, leading the Group's Legal and HR Departments. He relocated in 2013 to the New York office following the head of general management. Gregory graduated from Assas University and holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law, Business Law and Criminal Business Law. Gregory was previously working in a law firm.
