Yoann Hinard

Holder of a PhD in Computer Networks, majored in multicast and security, Yoann Hinard has acquired more than ten years of experience in IP video delivery networks. Before arriving at Witbe, among other things, Yoann worked as a project manager for Bouygues Telecom, where he contributed to developing the first catch-up TV portal in France. Previously Director of Professional Services and Presales, he is now Chief Operation Officer for Witbe worldwide.

Jean-Pierre Le Couedic

R&D Director
Based in Paris

Jean-Pierre le Couedic has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and management. He started his career in 1982 at France Telecom and then contributed to launching several thriving companies such as Oleane, Monext and Witbe. After a 10-year break dedicated to achieving personal projects and the foundation of Vinaya – a consulting firm aiming at helping small businesses in their key account management strategy - Jean-Pierre is back at Witbe R&D.

Gilles Richard

Vice President Business Development
Based in Paris and in New-York

Gilles Richard is in charge of stimulating Witbe’s global partners network. He manages the indirect sales team located between Paris and New York. He used to be the head Witbe business development in the Americas. Gilles previously served as Witbe Telecom Sales Manager for Europe. In this role, he rapidly expanded Witbe’s footprint with Tier 1 service providers in Europe. Prior to joining Witbe, he served as Services Sales Manager at Wind River and also held various sales, technology planning and services leadership positions at LG Mobilecomm and Enea, in France, Sweden and the United States.

Paul Rolland

Chief Technical Officer
Based in Paris

Paul has nearly 20 years of experience in IP, networks and Quality Control as well as... Quality of Experience. He has directed technology development at Witbe since the very beginning. Before co-founding Witbe in 2000, he worked with major telecom companies such as France Telecom where he was Director of Education R&D or Oleane where he was Technical Director. Paul is an active participant in many Internet organizations and international workgroups related to quality of services.

Marie-Véronique Lacaze

Co-Founder - President & Chief Executive Officer
Based in New-York

Marie-Véronique used to be the CEO of Oléane, France’s very first Internet Operator for businesses, acquired by France Télécom in 1998.

After she started her career selling the first personal computers for major accounts in France, Marie-Véronique joined a service company for a few years before creating her own company. Her company participated in the implementation of the first LAN WAN networks, which allowed her to work with the precursors of the internet. In the early 1990s, she decided to join Oléane with most of her colleagues, where she helped the company achieve commercial success, along with Jean-Michel Planche. After two years dedicated to integrating teams, she left France Telecom to found Witbe.

Yann Caron

EMEA Sales Director
Based in Paris

Prior to Witbe, Yann started his career by gaining experience abroad in Japan, working for a multinational mobile phone manufacturer. Yann then came back to France to start as a Pre-Sales manager for Witbe, mastering Witbe technologies through his technical expertise with customers. Yann then moved on to EMEA Sales Manager for a few years, managing a large portfolio of Key Accounts in Europe. Yann is now managing the sales team in EMEA, with his current position as Sales Director. Yann holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree and has a strong knowledge of the Tech, Telecom and Media industries.

Jean-Michel has been at the core of internet innovations and digital technologies for more than 25 years. In the early 1990s, he founded of Oléane, the first Internet Operator in France.
In 1990, Jean-Michel founded Oléane, France’s very first Internet Operator. From 1998 to 2000, after the acquisition of Oléane by France Télécom, Jean-Michel became Director of internet business services for the group. In 2000, he left France Télécom and founded an incubator, Tancred Venture, already ahead of its time. He then participated in major projects like Algety Telecom (acquired by Corvis), Netcentrex (acquired by Comverse) and finally, Witbe. Jean-Michel is the honorary President of the CEFT (French Telecom Entrepreneur Association), ex-president of the FING (Foundation for Next Generation Internet), ex-member of the Advisory Committee for Networks and Telecom services, set with the ARCEP, and appointed expert on the technical and network lab of HADOPI.

Mathieu Planche

Chief Product Officer
Based in Paris

Since his first position at Witbe in 2011, Mathieu has worked in several teams and developed a global view of Witbe Technologies. Previously to his current Chief Product Officer role (handling Product and Marketing), Mathieu served as Chief Experience Officer, overseeing product design and marketing, in order to improve Witbe User Experience. He holds a MSc in Computer Science from Georgia Tech in the US and Supélec in France.

Paul Ribéreau

Paul is Chief Financial Officer of Witbe since 2015, managing the Group's financial operations and projects. He started in 2014 as Financial Manager for the Americas in the New York office. Before joining Witbe, Paul had experiences in asset management and M&A. Paul holds a MSc of Management Science & Engineering from Columbia University, and graduated from Centrale Paris.

Guillaume Galindo

Americas Sales Director
Based in Denver

As Americas Sales Director, Guillaume Galindo has led the exponential growth of the North American Witbe branches. His deep experience in the Telecom industry goes back 13 years, at Sagem, then at Huawei. Developing a unique Sales and Project Management know-how, Guillaume decided to join Witbe France in 2010. He quickly rose to APAC Regional Director, in Singapore branch, where he successfully expanded Witbe's major clients portfolio. In 2013, he moved to New York and joined Witbe Inc.

Grégory de Pauw

Chief Legal Officer
Based in New-York

Gregory de Pauw is Chief Legal Officer of Witbe since 2005, leading the Group's Legal Departments. He relocated in 2013 to the New York office following the head of general management. Gregory graduated from Assas University and holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law, Business Law and Criminal Business Law. Gregory was previously working in a law firm.
