Witbe has robots adapted to monitor all of your voice services, whether they are telephone over IP, residential VoIP services, voicemail, interactive voice servers, or call centres. The robots, which are connected in the same way as your users, reproduce usage conditions to measure Quality of Experience (QoE) following international standards (ITU-T, ETSI).

ToIP-VoIP Robot: Telephone over IP and Voice over IP services

To measure the perception of availability, performance and integrity of services (quality of sound) of residential and business telephone services.

 

Supported services : narrow and wide band voice over IP services, ToIP on SIP/H323/MGCP services, all codecs (G711, G729, G723 etc.)
Usage contexts : performance management of residential telephone (Triple Play package) and business telephone over IP.



Method : emission and reception of calls, interaction with voicemail, respecting standards ITU-T (PESQ P862-1 and PESQ WB P862-2) and adaption of the standards to true usage conditions (long duration communication and bi-directional tests.)
Test interface : analogue (RJ11) or digital
Specific functions: registration of test phases (number rotation, conversation), support of 4 telephone interfaces on the same robot
Other versions: dual play voice-data, mobile (1G-3.5G), answer backbone (30 telephone interfaces.)

To measure the availability, performance and integrity of interactive voice servers and call centre waiting time

 

Supported services : all interactive voice servers and call-centres, whatever their underlying technology
Usage contexts: interactive voice services and client relationship management via call centres
Method : emission of calls by SVI, navigation and connection to call centre operators
Test interface : analogue and digital telephone networks

Specific functions: registration of test phases (number rotation, conversation)
