Witbe have robots adapted to monitor any of your video services whether they are landline or mobile audio video streaming, cable or satellite TV, IPTV, Full HD video, VoD, PC VoD or PC TV. The robots are connected in the same way as your users to measure Quality of Experience (QoE), following recognised perceptual criteria by international authorities such as VQEG, ETSI etc and who will do the standards of tomorrow.

SD TV-IPTV-VoD Robot: management of Triple Play SD video services

To measure perceptual availability, performance and integrity (quality of image and sound) of TV and interactive services (VoD, EPG) behind decoders (cable, satellite, IPTV, DTT).

 

Supported services: SD TV services, SD IPTV and SD VoD based on MPEG2 or MPEG4 and Microsoft© Mediaroom™ services.
Usage contexts: management of SD TV performance services, interactive services (VoD, EPG) and Triple or Quadruple-play services.
Method: TV channel zapping, VoD navigation and ordering, EPG navigation, no-reference real-time audio-video quality measurement (Witbe Video-MOS and Audio-MOS algorithms)
Test interface: TV decoder – analogue outputs (S-video, scart)
Specific functions: visual channel change time measurement, perceived audio-video quality, complementary network analysis (IGMP, MPEG-TS, TS 101.290) in IPTV, registration of video sequences, of errors screens and network capture.

Supported services: Main streaming services (mms, rtp, sdp) and all codecs based on video (Video for windows, H.263, H.264, MJPEG, DivX, Windows Media Video, Real Media, QuickTime, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, 3GPP, 3GPP2, Flash) and audio (PCM, MP3, AMR, AAC, Windows Media Audio, Real Media).
