Undoubtedly, 2020 was the year of many changes. For Witbe, it was a year filled with many exciting new innovations and updates. We rolled out a new cloud platform and improved our user interfaces to give a better experience to our customers!
We wanted to keep the momentum going into the new year and used insights we gained from the past year into a new product: the Witbox! It is our very first product of 2021, and we can't wait to show it to you!
So, what exactly is the Witbox?
Designed with Video Operations teams in mind, the Witbox was made to leverage the full power of our Remote Eye Controller. It is the smallest, most easily integrable robot available on the market to deploy in just minutes anywhere you need them. What's even better is that the Witbox is useful even when you're not controlling your devices! Thanks to our automated tests, channel scans and Video Quality algorithms, the Witbox makes sure that your live TV channels are up and running, 24/7. Rest easy knowing you'll receive alarms as soon as we detect something: blackscreens, frozen screens, error messages, sound blackouts, blocky feeds, etc.
