In 2000, after pioneering the French internet market with Oléane, Jean-Michel Planche and
Marie-Véronique Lacaze set out on a new mission, guided by a deceptively simple question: “Who is the best?”
Not the best on paper. Not the best in system logs. But the best in the eyes of the user, the only measure that truly matters.
They saw the digital world evolving rapidly: broadband exploding, streaming emerging, cloud
services on the rise. But in this rush forward, no one had eyes on what users were really experiencing.
From this bold question, Witbe was born. A company dedicated to one core belief: the real measure of quality is what customers see and experience.
