Witbe bolsters support for Canadian customers with new Montreal location

By Witbe

New York, United States — April 5, 2023 — Witbe (Euronext Growth – FR0013143872 – ALWIT), the worldwide leader in test automation and proactive monitoring for video service providers, announced today that the company has moved its Montreal branch to a larger facility to better support its Canadian customers. Witbe held a grand opening ceremony for its new office on April 4, which was attended by the company’s President and Co-Founder Marie-Véronique Lacaze; Senior Vice President and Co-Founder Jean-Michel Planche; and Chief Operations Officer Yoann Hinard.

Witbe opened its initial Montreal office in 2013. Over the last decade, the number of video service providers in Canada relying on the company’s hardware and software monitoring solutions has increased rapidly, as has the number of Witbe employees needed to support them in delivering a high quality of experience (QoE) for viewers. To accommodate its growing customer base and staff — while allowing for continued expansion — the company made the decision to move its Montreal operations to a larger facility.

“We couldn’t be more proud of the success our Montreal team has achieved in Canada, and with our larger facility we’re well positioned to continue that great work while maintaining the levels of support our customers have come to rely on,” said Lacaze. “The expansion comes at an exciting time for our products, with a recently expanded line-up of Witbox testing devices now available, and major updates to our popular Smartgate and Remote Eye Controller software applications launching soon.”

The new Montreal office is one of twelve Witbe locations across the globe, with corporate headquarters split between Paris, New York, and San Francisco. The company can be seen at several industry trade shows this summer, including the 2023 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
